ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods, promotional campaigns, holidays, or product launches, processing times may require additional time. Customers will always receive tracking updates once the shipment has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

TRACKING INFORMATION

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. This allows faster fulfillment and optimized warehouse dispatching.
No additional shipping fees will be charged for split shipments.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If an order is returned due to:

- refusal of delivery,
- or unclaimed packages,
additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment can be arranged.
LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery operations become the responsibility of the logistics provider.
Seamavens is not liable for:
- carrier-related delays,
- lost or stolen packages marked as delivered,
- customs delays,
- force majeure events,
- or delivery interruptions beyond our control.
However, our support team will always assist customers in opening carrier investigations when possible.
SWIMWEAR HYGIENE & RETURNS
Due to hygiene and intimate apparel standards, certain swimwear items may not be eligible for return or exchange once worn, washed, or used.
Products must remain:
- unused,
- unwashed,
- with original tags,
- and in original packaging.
