How long does shipping take?

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking confirmation email.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment dispatch.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has started.


Are your swimsuits true to size?

Most of our swimwear is designed with stretch materials and flexible fitting structures for enhanced adaptability and comfort.

We recommend reviewing the Size Guide before ordering.


Are swimsuits see-through when wet?

Our swimwear is selected with fabric quality and coverage in mind. Many products include inner lining layers to improve opacity and comfort during use.

However, lighter colors may appear slightly more transparent under certain conditions.


Can swimwear be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, returned swimwear must be:

  • unworn,
  • unwashed,
  • with original tags,
  • and in original packaging.

Items showing signs of use may not qualify for return eligibility.


Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Some orders may ship from different warehouse locations to improve delivery speed and product availability.

This means items from the same order can occasionally arrive separately.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Seamavens ships to many countries worldwide.

Shipping availability may vary depending on local carrier coverage and import restrictions.
